Algorithm-based Analysis

As flow cytometry advances, more objective means are sometimes needed to analyze high parameter datasets. CytoWiz offers more advanced algorythm-based analyses including Spanning-tree Progression Analysis of Density-normalized Events (SPADE) and viSNE  (visualization of t-Distributed Stochastic Neighbor Embedding (t-SNE) algorithm).
